Winston-Salem Montessori School is located in the Piedmont Triad area of North Carolina, with easy access to the mountains and the coastal communities. We accept applications year-round from exceptional Montessorians who are committed to authentic Montessori practices. Lead positions require Montessori certification (AMS or AMI) as well as a four-year degree. Bilingual (Spanish/English) applicants with Montessori experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
Our school is located on a 15-acre campus in Clemmons, North Carolina, serving just over 200 children from ages 18 months through 15 years. Lead Early Childhood Guide
Winston-Salem Montessori School is seeking an AMI, AMS or MACTE credentialed Early Childhood Guide to join our innovative and dedicated faculty for the 2025-2026 school year. There is a potential for an earlier start date. We are interested in those who are highly committed to the authenticity of the Montessori philosophy and the respect we give to the children. We are looking for Guides who would like to grow professionally in a supportive community. Winston-Salem Montessori is located on a beautiful wooded campus serving children from toddler through ninth grade.

Substitute
Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 3:30pm, Hours and Days Vary
$17.50/hour
The substitute reports directly to the Director of Toddler and Children’s House Programs. The substitute supports the classroom Guide in supervising and guiding the children’s activities academically, emotionally, and physically in a prepared Montessori environment that is in accordance with Montessori philosophy and WSM policies.
Substitutes are needed at all levels and programs (Toddler, Children’s House, Elementary, Adolescent, Elementary/AP Spanish, and Elementary/AP P.E.).
