Head of School/Administrator

Winston-Salem Montessori School seeks the services of a seasoned and successful candidate with excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills who is willing to partner and collaborate with a dedicated team of educational professionals to provide a nurturing authentic Montessori program for students.  Experience leading Montessori schools or divisions required, as is a credential from a MACTE-approved AMI or AMS teacher education program.

WSM is located on a beautiful 8-acre campus in Clemmons, NC and serves 250 students 18 months to 15 years of age. We offer competitive compensation and an exceptional workplace environment committed to collaboration, community and professional growth.

Primary/Children’s House Lead Guide

Winston-Salem Montessori School seeks an experienced Montessori Primary/Early Childhood certified guide to lead a Primary/Children’s House environment beginning August, 2022. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, willing to partner with parents and collaborate with a dedicated educational team to provide a nurturing authentic Montessori program for students.

Toddler and Primary/Children’s House Assistant Guides

Winston-Salem Montessori School seeks Montessori assistant guides for our Toddler and Primary/Children’s House programs beginning August, 2022. The ideal candidates will be caring, experienced professionals in education and/or early childhood education with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Candidates must be willing to partner with parents and collaborate with a dedicated educational team to provide a nurturing authentic Montessori program for students. Experience in Montessori education is a plus. Ongoing training and professional development is provided.

Lower Elementary Lead Guide

Winston-Salem Montessori School seeks an experienced Montessori Elementary certified guide to lead a Lower Elementary environment beginning August, 2022. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, willing to partner with parents and collaborate with a dedicated educational team to provide a nurturing authentic Montessori program for students.

The Montessori School of Winston-Salem is located in the Piedmont Triad area of North Carolina within easy access to the mountains and the coastal communities.
