Toddler and Primary/Children’s House Assistant Guides

Winston-Salem Montessori School seeks Montessori assistant guides for our Toddler and Primary/Children’s House programs. The ideal candidates will be caring, experienced professionals in education and/or early childhood education with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Candidates must be willing to partner with parents and collaborate with a dedicated educational team to provide a nurturing authentic Montessori program for students. Experience in Montessori education is a plus.  Ongoing training and professional development is provided.  

Located on 15 acres between two campuses, Winston-Salem Montessori School is an established, mission-driven organization that has provided fully implemented Montessori education for children and families for over 47 years. WSM currently serves toddlers (18 months) through 9th grade. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, willing to partner with parents and collaborate with a dedicated educational team to provide a nurturing authentic Montessori program for students.

The Montessori School of Winston-Salem is located in the Piedmont Triad area of North Carolina within easy access to the mountains and the coastal communities. We accept applications year-round for exceptional Montessorians who have a commitment to authentic Montessori practices. Lead positions require Montessori certification (AMS or AMI) as well as a four-year degree. Bilingual (Spanish/English) applicants with Montessori experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
